You can make an appointment three ways
1. Click the patient portal tab at the top of the screen which will redirect you to the Athena patient self-scheduling once registered.
2. Fill out the appointment request section on this page and someone from our office should reach out shortly.
3. Call us at 254-651-3498 to schedule directly.
